Pros
They give you everything you need to do your job. Not afraid to spend money to make the place better. Very friendly family-like work environment.
Cons
Poor lighting on the grounds at night make the place a bit of a challenge. Most of the exterior grounds aren’t paved, and without an enforced speed limit, trucks and other vehicles come flying through their and make the place a bit of a dust bowl on dry weather days. Break room only has a Pepsi machine with only sugary beverage options; which is unfortunate for a diabetic like me. And men’s bathroom only has one working toilet, which makes for long lines waiting to drop a deuce sometimes.
