You are always told that you are an expendable and easily replaced. You are given a job, but you are micro-micromanaged. Once you have taken all your time and passion to create something, its torn to shreds and essentially they redo the entire project making it pointless for you to have even facilitated the initial creating stage. Instead of someone speaking with someone and placing a text to a vendor, that person then texts the assistant office manager who then texts you, telling you that you need to contact said vendor for issue. You are not given the appropriate accolades as when something you brought up to do is swiftly taken over by management. If you ever have an issue you better truly be willing to die on that hill because they will say you have a poor attitude, poor communication skills or just are not in right fit for the goal structure of the company. God forbid you have any health issues, they thinly veil their disapproval of your issue and are more concerned with how it will affect their day to day operations.
