      Pay is decent if hours were reasonable.

      Cons

      CEO/CFO have built a disasterous culture of heavy hours, disrespect, and forceful manipulation. Not uncommon to have priorities changed hourly. Executives have no want to improve the work environment.

      product and business model has great potential. Stock bonuses.

      Cons

      leadership is against change. expect to be micromanaged at every level. Scrutinized for performing anything less than exceptional. Employees are treated unfairly and bullied. Environment is very middle school like. Leadership only cares about bottomline improvements and all other rules and regulations don't matter.
