1. On-time salary and flexible working environment. 2. Good infrastructure. 3. Has the potential to grow
Cons
1. The attrition rate is very high due to the pay parity and no democracy in University at the department level and at the institute level. 2. Some top leaders are corrupt and misuse university funds in the name of research. 3. HR interferes in faculty promotion and selection which is not good and they only decide the salary, academic institution works differently compared to print or electronic media. 4. Overall, as of now I do not see a bright future in the university from a student and faculty point of view. But University has great potential and infrastructure to become a global institute.
