Most of the employees are hard working good people. There is talent here but it is crushed by management. C level officers are not effective.
Cons
Exceptional high turnover for the industry. Below market salaries. The positive review here was written by their HR. Do your homework before joining this company and be very wary.

Pros
The company has established a rare combination of good collaboration and scientific competence. In an environment of aggressive deadline and high standards, I was extremely thankful that the company had a supportive management team. Most importantly, the positive group dynamic (between and within departments) made communication easy and work enjoyable.
Cons
There are no real cons to working in this company.
