- Expects traveling staff to consistently work beyond the hours listed in contract (very little work/personal life balance)
- You really need to love Beta Theta Pi and selling people on joining it, otherwise burnout is quick and brutal with the long hours
- Pay is lower because they cover staff housing cost in Oxford; good if you want to live with coworkers 24/7, but it strains work/life balance
- Working for a fraternity is different now than it was even a few years ago. There is a lot more skepticism towards Greek Life and many campuses are calling to abolish fraternities
