      Payment is higher than other companies with these positions, but still is around a minimum wage for a comfortable living.

      Good community and good flexibility

      Pros

      The company is a small team of teachers and administrators. They have good communication with their teachers (unlike many other online English teaching companies I've seen). They are looking to continue to improve and scale internationally. I felt supported as a teacher, and there was flexibility to set my own schedule.

      Cons

      Although the pay is decent compared to other online teaching companies, they only pay $17/hr which may not cut it long term unless you live abroad. There are no bonuses or opportunities to earn more as the years go on, and you are on a schedule with the Chilean calendar so you have to base yourself on their holidays. Other than that, I had a positive experience.
