      Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. After multiple rounds of interviews and even providing my former managers as references — who took time out of their schedules to speak with the recruiter — I never received any update or closure. If the company wasn’t serious about moving forward, there was no reason to involve my references or waste everyone’s time. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect, organization, and basic professionalism. Job seekers deserve better communication and honesty than being left in the dark after doing everything asked of them.

Bid13 values their employees and is invested in their development. They offer training and resources to help me advance in my career and take on new challenges. Additionally, the work-life balance at Bid13 is excellent. The company understands the importance of a healthy balance and encourages their employees to take breaks and prioritize their well-being. Overall, I am thrilled to be a part of the Bid13 team and highly recommend this company as a great place to work.

      The pay could be higher, but it is competitive within the industry and the company does offer bonuses and commission opportunities.
