Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. After multiple rounds of interviews and even providing my former managers as references — who took time out of their schedules to speak with the recruiter — I never received any update or closure. If the company wasn’t serious about moving forward, there was no reason to involve my references or waste everyone’s time. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect, organization, and basic professionalism. Job seekers deserve better communication and honesty than being left in the dark after doing everything asked of them.

I have been a software developer at Bid13 for the past 3 years, and I couldn't be happier with my job. The company culture is top-notch and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional growth. The management team is supportive and always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. They also offer various training and development opportunities to ensure that we are up-to-date with the latest technologies. The work environment is also fantastic. The office is modern and well-equipped, and there is a healthy work-life balance. I never feel overwhelmed or burnt out, as the workload is reasonable and there is flexibility in terms of scheduling. In terms of the actual work, I find it challenging and fulfilling. The projects I have worked on have allowed me to utilize my skills and learn new things, and I am always encouraged to come up with creative solutions. Overall, I feel very lucky to be a part of the Bid13 team. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great place to work as a software developer.

The only con I can think of is that the company is not located in a central location, so commuting can be a bit of a hassle for some employees. The workload can sometimes be intense, but this is only during particularly busy periods and is always manageable with good time management.
