      The Manager there Warren is a nice guy.

      Cons

      Everything, they have no professional set up. This company is run by a father a 2 sons. They do a crap job. Adrian is a spoiled little brat that when he does not get his way he cries and complains to his daddy. Adrian is the biggest piece of crap. He has no people skills. He lost their biggest cust. When i found this out and saved it. I brought it to the owners attention and 2 week later was fired. They told me because its not working out. Meanwhile I found out from some employees that it was because of Adrian. He lied to his father about losing the acct and when i brought it out that he was the reason. He made up stories to he daddy and got me fired.

      Pros

      The work environment is relaxed and there is a possibility to have a year end bonus. One cool thing is that there is parking (for those who drive) and the leadership team is transparent.

      Location - not downtown toronto.

      Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. After multiple rounds of interviews and even providing my former managers as references — who took time out of their schedules to speak with the recruiter — I never received any update or closure. If the company wasn’t serious about moving forward, there was no reason to involve my references or waste everyone’s time. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect, organization, and basic professionalism. Job seekers deserve better communication and honesty than being left in the dark after doing everything asked of them.
