People here are the best at making the most out of a little.
Cons
Long hours, not competitive pay, all talk and no action. Quick turnover for all these reasons.

Pros
The people are nice to work with, great personalities and connection but is typically the way it is with bad management.
Cons
Facility is not equippped for GMP manufacturing. All equipment is typically bought second hand and in poor or unfit condition, they refuse to invest in useful equipment and experienced personnel. Management/CEO (John) will want you to do it the quick but not the right way per guidances or regulations, the rest of management will look the other way to allow for the toxic work environment.
