Pros
Opportunity to make the difference and be the engine of any change in a project. Everyone has a chance to lead and moving forward a project but you have to grasp your opportunity. Flexibility in time organization. Great and motivated people to work with. Excellent project on going and excited projects to come.
Cons
Bad management of people but new structures are in place to avoid this. Lack (misunderstanding) of communication and sometimes lack of teamwork effort

Pros
Bioastra is a creative environment where scientists are challenged by clients to sometimes build the impossible. The rapid prototyping and tight deadlines work for some, but not all. But if you believe that materials science can change the world, this is the place to be. People are highly valued at Bioastra and given lots of flexibility to achieve their goals
Cons
Initial high turnover as the company finds its core culture. More management structure and clear expectations for each employee.
