      Great benefits Competitive salaries Collaborative environment

      Cons

      Lack of career development/advancement and micro managing, constant reorgs that are not always in the best interest of the employees and only for the higher ups to be more secure. Systems are overly complicated and not user friendly or intuitive. Morale is down.

      People are great there, lots of leadership changes and not all for better, but pay is equitable.

      Cons

      All about cost, productivity and little to do with people and their careers. Lots of turnover due to new leadership, culture and lack of focus on teams.
