This might not the company you are looking for.

Cons

If you are new joinee or looking for changing the company. This would be the biggest mistake to come in this company. In the last 2 months 40 people's have been fired. Also senior people's were fired. They asked to me give resignation the same day and said if you want 2 month's salary then we will write in the experience letter that we terminated you and if you don't want 2 month's salary, then we will give you normal experience letter without any salary. So guys if you are planning DON'T join this company you can get fired any minute. The politics is really bad.

- Suddenly HR called me and said that we have not any more project in pipeline so we have decided we can let you go, tomorrow would be your last day in biztech. She asked me to Put resignation mail from my side with mentioning “due to personal reasons” and We will pay for you for the next two months. - Wasting money in offices interior and now they fire experience and junior employee. - So called Biztech Family change Whatsapp group name.

~All employees are afraid of Layoff. ~ If someone read my review and you are planning to join this organization think about it before joining. In 3 months the Company fired 80 to 90 Employees. ~ Management needs to rethink about BD's work. ~ without new Project please stop hiring. You don't have any right to play with someone's career. ~ Do not hire delivery manager who is changing all your good policies rather then hire a Resource Manager who can manage all resources and their work.
