Cons
Management short sighted. If an employee doesnt jump on board with the "Black Diamond Way," they are immediately placed aside or gotten rid of with no room for advancement. It's never enough to show up to work and do an excellent job, make sales, and provide excellent customer service; that in and of itself will be overshadowed by the fact that you dont drink the kool aid. Management will attempt to derail your personal life; you're not allowed to have friends within the company and hanging out outside of work is forbidden and looked down upon, although management does it several times weekly, while in uniform. The CEO likes to flaunt the fact that he has money in his employees faces; in meetings he will brag about his boats, his suits, etc. In an attempt to "drive employees to success." All he comes off as is a pompous windbag, not realizing that his company was handed to him by his father. HR is essentially non existant and management decisions are usually knee jerk reactions to situations that make other matters worse.
