Pros
There are some honest to goodness people working here. The actual work itself is fun and easy.
Cons
The upper management is manipulative and full of themselves. This is a "family owned" company that could care less about your family. There is a lot of back door politics going on in the office. The CEO is the definition of a micromanager and a hypocrite. If you enjoy being stressed, and working maximum hours for minimum pay this is the place for you. The only way to get ahead is to promote the company on your own personal social media accounts and kiss up to upper management. Hard work gets you no where. You are expected to clock in before 800 in the morning and work for free to get your truck ready and paperwork ready. They want you to work for free!! How is this legal. Also, to get commission for your sales you have to fill out a paper and submit it. When you submit the ticket for the service, your sold bid is at the bottom. This is another way they keep money away from their employees.
