Pros

Location (Sydney office), growth, close to train

Cons

Learning an development non existing, management team very selective with communication, HR basically non existing and just a vehicle of top management, very high turnover

close to train station, thats all.

managers and directors treat most people like garbage especially the finance department, salary is below range for sydney and directors do less work and bring less value than more junior staff but take the praise and the salaries of the hard work of everyone else but theirs, HR is pathetic, there is little room for advancement for existing staff, they dont give pay rises and do not advertise open job opportunities available within the organization and would rather hire someone new that often have little to no knowledge of the industry or organization, horrible work culture everyone complaining about how bad the company and managment are.

Pros

Opportunity to truly shape your role and learn new things Some staff are stars - intelligent and great personalities who'll have your back Most managers will be fine with you just delivering your job - if you can make it more efficient, then that's your benefit

Cons

If you're in Australia, you'll be ignored by the global organisation but not in a good way - you'll still be told to register for US-only systems, get emails that only relate to US-staff, have your computers reconfigured to US date format and you'll have to wait until 1pm to call IT etc. Management at all levels punishes feedback (unless they can shrug and say "not my job"). There is zero career support - you'll have to
