      The company gave me a chance by hiring me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I regret working for Blockhouse Capital. Although the leadership gave me chance, I never had a meaningful growth for as long as I've worked here. It's a chaotic company with no clear direction. The leaders here are mostly clueless and don't provide proper support and guidance for employees.

      You get hired even with minimal experience.

      Cons

      Blockhouse capital is a messy company that has no clear direction. The leaders here are unprofessional and disorganized. They're very inefficient when it comes to delegating tasks and creating schedules for the employees. They also rarely have good ideas, so employees are the ones who have to solve the problems that the leaders should be fixing. Employees also receive horrible compensation.

      If you think working for a company that assigns employees brutal workloads and pays them barely anything is a great opportunity, in that case, Blockhouse Capital just might be what you're looking for!

      Cons

      Employees are seen as just mindless robots with infinite stamina, whose sole purpose is to work, work, and work. Blockhouse Capital couldn't care less about your well-being, and if you fail to meet their unreasonable standards, they won't hesitate to throw you away.
