      Disappointing Illusion

      Pros

      There are so many smart, talented hardworking people that truly put their heart into what they do.

      Cons

      One of the worst cultures in the industry. The people that do work aren't valued. The so called new school is an illusion that is carrying on the mentality of the good ol' boys club. The culture has become one ruled by fear, blame shifting, favoritism, bullying and gossiping. Leadership lacks accountability, integrity, diversity and micromanagement seems to have become a core value.

      Was great when it was small, not anymore

      Generally, there are great people that work there.

      Cons

      I was fired for unfounded reasons, without warning or PIP, and no severance. I had given nearly three years of my life to this company, brining unprecedented initiatives to life, and they were still quick to let me go. When the company was small, it was great. Now, culture and values have gone out of the window.

      Other Departments will not listen to you when changes could be made to make everyone's job just a little bit better.
