So mane cons. The management is arrogant and do not respect their employee. They do not keep their words as promised. They are young and they need to learn lot but they are not ready to acknowledge their fault rather they put those pressure on employee. They think themselves as owner of employee life. Office hours have no limitations like it may be 14 hours a day (on average 11 hours but they say for 9 hours in contract) and after all the hard works they blame the employee. Most of all they do not have little respect for employee, they think the purchase everything of employee when someone sign the contract.
