Pros

Can't ask for a better location, the office is located right over the cove, you can see the ocean from where you work and hear the seals. There is much to learn for one that is fresh out of college

Cons

Sales leadership is lacking, the position was a revolving door and there were constant new faces. The main product line is old and out of date.

Pros

This company is hands down my favorite company I had ever worked for. I truly loved my colleagues and the leadership; very hard to find these days. Great pay and benefits, flexibility, amazing team/co-workers, the company promotes personal and professional growth through courses and exclusive live events that they pay for.

Cons

Not sure if this is a "con"-- This is a high performance company so it's not for someone looking for a basic 9-5 position. They expect 110% from you, so be up for the challenge! You will definitely be expected to wear many hats and take on tasks with autonomy.

Unappreciative, Negative Work Environment with MASSIVE Egos

Pros

I think listing pros would only give away who I am. Since this is supposed to be an anonymous review, I'll say this - one of the only pros about working at Blue Sky Network are the benefits - 401k match, health insurance, and decent amount of PTO.

Cons

I'll start with the work environment. During my tenure at Blue Sky Network, I found the work environment to be non-collaborative, but rather highly competitive. In a position where teamwork may be a critical component of your job, competition in the workplace hinders success. There is also a massive ego problem, sometimes leading two people to argue quite loudly in the office. I believe it's due to the nature of the sales team, and the attitude they bring to the table. People complain about others constantly, behind their back. They degrade each other. This is not a healthy work environment for those who want to stay sane.
