Management has lost its focus on the customer and taken short-sighted actions that have decreased market share and negatively impacted the shopping experience, especially for International customers. Management is ego-driven and greedy, consolidating power into very few hands at the top to control the flow of information and hoarded power. This has stifled creativity and created a workplace that is oppressed and unlikely to voice opinions or contribute wholly for fear of conflict and subsequent retaliation by the power elite.
