      Pros

      Collective agreement, giving you a decent salary Quite easy job, easy to not bring home with you after shifts

      Cons

      Really poor management that have no interest in their employees or their well being. A lot of re-organization all the time, with little to no communication with the ones "on the floor" resulting in terrible guidelines and way of work.

      Pros

      Fun co-workers and customers. And if you’re passionate about interior it’s a good job.

      Cons

      Gossip, toxic environment where if you ask why something is done in a certain way or question if there is a better way of doing it the answer is “that’s how it is/this is how it’s always been”. There seem to be a system of hiring co-workers on short term contracts and not extending it as well. Happened to a co-worker recently and it’s been going on every season.

      Gossip is widespread, even among higher management, which creates an uncertain work environment. Discriminatory treatment occurs, and the culture of silence makes it difficult to address issues without facing negative consequences. Opportunities for personal development are limited, making it hard to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Flexible working hours make it easy to balance work and personal life, and the salary is relatively good compared to industry standards. Additionally, there is a fair bonus system that can provide extra motivation.
