You cant choose your seat. The company shuffles seating arrangements monthly like school 2 months notice period on probation 3 months notice period after permanent (I was asked to interview people who can join within 1 or max 1.5 months) Can't play music and the policy of the company changes when they want No payment in probation Appraisal happens every may, if employees join before or on 30th April are ideally eligible for appraisal in that specific year or else wait for next May Seen Firing people and felt unsafe about my job and they do a lot I feel. Don't feel that care about employees and don't have the project which can help us grow I have 2 people which I met who have a similar experience, so won't recommend this company Toxic environment to work
