      Pros

      Bond Collective is an amazing, collaborate team. The management and supervisors are all very approachable and it is clear that they want the best for not only the company, but their employee's and Bond Collectives members. The experiences gained here are so valuable and there is clear opportunity for learning and growth. The passion in the employees and uniqueness of Bond Collective is special and anyone would be lucky to work here. There is generous PTO policy and great benefits and they do their best to accommodate everyone in everyway . This company is truly one of a kind and allows for employees to work and grow to the fullest potential.

      Assistant Community Manager

      Pros

      The staff is great and it's a friendly work environment. The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager and is a position that balances running daily operations (greeting members/visitors, checking in mail/deliveries, coordinating maintenance tasks, solving minor tech issues, weekly community newsletters, Slack channel management etc ), as well as creating programming that fits the interests of your community. You will feel very seen by upper management, who does a great job of acknowledging a job well done.

      Cons

      It can be quite fast paced at times, so time management skills are needed. There are always fun projects that require follow-up, so if this isn't your strong suit, you may feel easily overwhelmed. Systems are always evolving on the tech front, however you will have support and everyone is willing to assist you with any questions or training.

      Exceptionally friendly and considerate team who strive for excellence. Very open and encouraging work environment that values everyone's input.

      To succeed here one needs to manage their own workload and can't rely on management to hand hold.
