Absence of Performance Metrics: The absence of clear performance measures created an ambiguity in understanding what was expected of employees. This lack of clarity hindered our ability to align our efforts with the company's goals. Limited Approachability: Approachability was an issue with the management. Employees felt hesitant to approach the higher-ups with their concerns, suggestions, or questions, which hindered effective communication and collaboration. Inappropriate Language: The use of offensive language, including swear words, by some individuals in the workplace had a negative impact on the overall work environment. Such language created discomfort and affected morale.
