      People are friendly and helpful Interesting projects

      Cons

      Company lack experience with development and execution of projects after taking 5 years off from building. Strange org-chart in the North American Business Unit Low pay by US standards Health benefits in the US are poor.

      Good industry with good prospects WFH friendly company

      Cons

      Some managers are only interested in their own career, inappropriate behaviour during work events (team dependent although there have been some departures in the last year) Hard to get promotion from within (see 1st con) Different work styles between growing NY-based team and QC-based team Compensation is average at best, hard to increase without promotion (see first 2 cons)
