      The flex hours allow me to balance my young family and workload. The team is extremely hardworking and also incredibly fun. When situations arise, we can depend on each other to get it resolved.

      If you prefer a lighter workload and slower pace, this might be a tough environment for you.

      Good benefits. Good quality culture. Patients are put first when developing and manufacturing products. Company provides flexible working hours.

      IT systems and infrastructure is lagging behind a million years. Innovation is also lagging behind. This casts some doubt about the future.
