Flexibility of hours and working remotely (prior to enforced working from home), Brave Energy understands the competing priorities of family management. With open door policies, senior management team are welcoming and approachable and take a vested interest in staff members.
Cons
The rapid pace of growth in the industry requires a fast moving team to support. At times reducing the ability for cross training and expanding support networks.
