This company is simply not well ran. The leadership is terrible. The CEO is constantly late for meetings and her lap dog the CTO acts like he knows what he’s doing but comes on meetings to yell at people. They’re dynamic together simply does not work. There is very little actually being sold here at Breinify from what I can tell on the engineering side yet the CEO & CTO make it everyone’s fault but there’s. I could say more but I don’t want to lose my job. Oh, they also constantly ask for feedback which no one really gives out of fear. The second you give them negative feedback like they have trying to pull out of you, they fire you. It’s sad but I’ve seen it many times at this company.

the growth of the company has been steady in the past 4 years due to several factors. Most of the teams are being micromanaged and there is a lack of collaboration/transparency between departments and the leadership team. They also hire lots of young people and underpay them.
