Pros

- Some good people to work with - Manager's really cool; they're very chill but also very fair, and we have a lot of interests in common which makes coming to work fun - Free fruit and milk pretty much every day - Generous lunch and break allowance, along with a decent start and finish time - The work is easy to get the hang of - They're open to new ideas and ways of working, and are actively involving me in the development of the department because of my experience

Cons

- The starting salary is a bit low, which I'm hoping I'll be able to negotiate upon successfully completing probation - No company sick pay - No hybrid working options

Pros

Free fruit? If that’s even a pro ?

Cons

The worst place I’ve ever worked hands down! Notice that most reviews are around the same day every month, this is because they ask and keep begging you to put a review on within the first 1-2 weeks. 90% of reviews on here about this company are completely fake! A lot of broken promises was my experience. You’ll get 1-3 leads a day if you’re lucky & when those are gone your in no contacts twiddling your thumbs for the next 7 hours of the day. While I was there 5/6 people left in that time (4 was from my training group) you’ll get told you don’t need to do weekends but then look at your rota the following month full off weekend work. I know they tried to take £500 off people when they left and would refuse to pay wages as well unless you kicked up a fuss. You’ll get told the company is “up and coming & other brokers are scared of them” if the company is going anywhere it’s downhill and fast.

Bully culture

Pros

If you like bullies, then get a job

Cons

I’ve worked in many sales jobs so I understand the nature, but this company is only designed for those who want to play the ‘dick swinging’ contest. They won’t listen to concern, they do not tolerate mistakes or lack of confidence. You will also go home feeling like you’ve let people down, and whilst also feeling like you’ve scammed customers. No concern for anyone but themselves in the whole company. The wolf of Wall Street is more by the book than this place! They sacked everyone in my training group within 3 weeks and charged £500 out of your salary for a training fee (you get 3 days training of just a slideshow)
