Pros

Free fruit? If that’s even a pro ?

Cons

The worst place I’ve ever worked hands down! Notice that most reviews are around the same day every month, this is because they ask and keep begging you to put a review on within the first 1-2 weeks. 90% of reviews on here about this company are completely fake! A lot of broken promises was my experience. You’ll get 1-3 leads a day if you’re lucky & when those are gone your in no contacts twiddling your thumbs for the next 7 hours of the day. While I was there 5/6 people left in that time (4 was from my training group) you’ll get told you don’t need to do weekends but then look at your rota the following month full off weekend work. I know they tried to take £500 off people when they left and would refuse to pay wages as well unless you kicked up a fuss. You’ll get told the company is “up and coming & other brokers are scared of them” if the company is going anywhere it’s downhill and fast.

Pros

Very lenient company - will give you a lot of chances to improve. If you like a up-beat sales environment (non -cooperate) which can be a little noisy at times then this is the place for you. Just brought in career progression.

Cons

The pressure from managers to perform can sometimes be a lot (but it is a sales job so it’s expected) I think the company is still finding what works and doesn’t work! This is fine but changing scripts, targets, how leads work within a new month can cause issues - I think if a company changes something that doesn’t work and so people don’t perform that week then overall targets should be dropped. It’s on the company not the employer. Think there should be more incentives

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback and for being part of Bright Money Group. We’re glad to hear you’ve found the company supportive in giving opportunities to improve, and that you enjoy the upbeat, energetic sales environment. It’s also great to know that recent steps toward clearer career progression are being recognised. We appreciate your honest comments around performance pressure. As you mentioned, sales roles can naturally be demanding, but we recognise the importance of maintaining a healthy balance so our teams feel motivated and supported, not overwhelmed. Your feedback on incentives is also noted, and we are continually reviewing how we reward and recognise performance. Regarding changes to scripts, targets, and lead processes, we understand that frequent adjustments can be challenging. As a growing company, we are constantly refining what works best, but we take your point on the impact this can have in the short term. Feedback like this helps us improve how we implement changes and support teams through them. Thank you as well for your advice to management—building positive relationships and a supportive culture remains a key priority for us. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Pros

Starbucks coffee machine Great colleagues

Cons

The last review is spot on. I worked here for six months and met some genuinely great people, but the management style made the job far harder than it needed to be. In my experience, leadership was extremely reactive and constantly changing direction. One example was when the sales team were told to read from a “golden script” modelled on PHMG. That in itself isn’t the issue, it’s up to the owner how he wants the sales process run. The issue was the constant changes. New versions of the script were being printed off every few minutes, and over the course of one 8-hour shift we were given 6 or 7 different scripts to work from. It created confusion, knocked confidence, and made it impossible to build any consistency. That kind of last-minute switching wasn’t a one-off either. There are plenty more examples, but that gives a fair idea of the environment I experienced. If that style of management suits you, fine. If not, it’s worth knowing what you’re walking into.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However, we do feel it’s important to provide some context for anyone reading this. This is now the third negative review you’ve posted following your dismissal from the company. While we respect that not every role is the right fit for every individual, repeatedly posting reviews after leaving does not provide a balanced picture of the workplace. During your time with us, we were actively refining our sales process, which is common in growing businesses. Adjustments to scripts and messaging were part of testing and improving performance across the team. Many team members adapted well to this environment and contributed positively to the development of our approach. We’re pleased that you highlighted the great colleagues you worked with, as we are proud of the team culture we’ve built. We also continuously review feedback—both positive and constructive—to improve how we operate. We wish you the best in your future role and hope you find an environment that suits your preferred working style.
