Performance and role expectations, including contracted working hours, are applied consistently and transparently across the business to ensure fairness for all colleagues. These expectations are clearly outlined in employment contracts and employee handbooks, alongside our processes for managing absence or lateness. At BrightHR, we value in-person working due to the positive impact we have seen on collaboration, learning, and team culture, but recognise that individual preferences may differ.
