Pros

Flexible start and end times. If you have a down to earth manager it makes the job 100x easier but most are trying to climb the ladder. Out and about in the van going from job to job.

Cons

Can be micromanaged, unreliable fleet, unorganised in many departments, poor quality of work due to awful customer services. Changing targets and adding a bunch of pointless stats to add to the other 10 stats we have to follow already, and so on....

Pros

Good salary, work life balance ok

Cons

Felt all the training classes that were being rushed through. Were eventually got rid of. It was like they wanted the government grants to push as many through as possible. But had no intention of keeping them all
