During my time at British Gas I have seen attitudes of Islamophobia by certain members of the product design department. This was really disappointing, but what was more disappointing was that the design leadership didn't do anything to stop it. This is not what I expected when I joined British Gas. For this reason I cannot recommend the product design department at this company.

A team where you are not promoted for doing a good job/ your performance but for who you befriend. Poor brand leadership incentivising office gossip. Lots of ego.
