      Pros

      There are a few good people working there , who are above the standards of others .

      Cons

      No proper training, negative Enviromental , no empathy, no social abilities, not employees friendly. Miss leading, dishonest , cruel. No clear instruction. Trainer has no training skills. Unable to communicate with new employees. Hostile environment . None condusive to learning and growing and a person and employees.

      Good people locally, but run by idiots

      Pros

      Employees, on a campus level, really do care about students. If you were liked by the campus director at the time, your job was pleasant.

      Cons

      Corporate is full of idiots. They shut down campuses left and right, fire great and loyal employees, put vindictive morons in charge of admissions and certain campuses, and then wonder why people leave in droves. I'd bet good money that the school ceases to exist in any meaningful form in a year. You can take on multiple departments worth of work, and then never get a raise. One employee, when asking for increased compensation after having to take over a department, was told to "just work less." You practically have to lie to students to get them to enroll.

      Watching the lives of students change is the most fulfilling aspect of working for Broadview.

      Cons

      Incompetent executive leadership. "Family owned" university equates to an executive team of cronies.
