Brown Forman Australia is fake - fake experiences - fake people - fake management - fake empathy - fake care. Brown-Forman Australian is political, backstabbing, and toxic. So much so that any constructive feedback you have must be carefully constructed because the moment you say something HR Leadership doesn't like, you're added to their blacklist. I can recall one HR Leader describing events that took play over 5 years ago and they're waiting for an opportunity to move that person out. HR at Brown-Forman is toxic. HR Leaderships approach is "it's you, not me" sets the tone and it feels like you're walking on eggshells. I can recall HR Leadership telling staff that low (and continually declining engagement results) is their fault, not managements. I have never worked in an environment as political, as cold, as backstabbing, as disingenuous, as Brown Forman, and nor have a seen a HR team behave in a way that goes against every core value you could have as a human being. I wish I could say that my experience was a once off, but it's not. I genuinely believe that Brown Forman was once a great company; however, they have lost their way and tolerate toxic leaders who purposely go out of their way to ensure they create awful experiences for employees - these collective experiences of Brown-Forman Australia are a black, permanent, stain.

A pen of lazy, narcissistic, backstabbing vipers. Long timers are on island time and they should all just be put out to pasture. Not a culture encouraging accountability or a growth mentality so most felt threatened.
