Where do I begin? It is a bad environment, employee's are constantly complaining about each other. The way some talk to others should not be allowed, bullying almost. Especially by one long time employee, that kisses butt, and they think he is amazing. He is toxic! Management doesn't trust anyone enough to have a key to the office, ridiculous. Bullet proof glass between sales staff and customers, banks don't even have that! No windows in the back accounting office. Just a very negative environment all around. The one Owner is very much an introvert, almost to the point of being rude.

Pay raises are extremely scarce, yes they pay 100% of health insurance, but not one other benefit. Management verbally abuses employees. Rudeness and paranoia abound at Bruder. Some employees are treated better by managment, and others treated like dirt. Disrespect to fellow employees is unbeliebable, and yes, management turns a blind eye. Owner refers to employees as "Team" what a joke.
