Toxic Workplace - Anonymous employee Bruder Employee Review

Office (non-union) employees have excellent health insurance 100% paid for by employer. When business is good, employer pays a generous year-end bonus.

Pay raises for office (non-union) employees, barely keep up with the cost of living. Employees are disrespsectful to each other, and management turns a blind eye. Management communication with employees is very poor.

I am left alone to complete my work. Health insurance is 100% paid. They are cool about doctor's appointments and such. Nice Christmas bonus.

Where do I begin? It is a bad environment, employee's are constantly complaining about each other. The way some talk to others should not be allowed, bullying almost. Especially by one long time employee, that kisses butt, and they think he is amazing. He is toxic! Management doesn't trust anyone enough to have a key to the office, ridiculous. Bullet proof glass between sales staff and customers, banks don't even have that! No windows in the back accounting office. Just a very negative environment all around. The one Owner is very much an introvert, almost to the point of being rude.
