Pros
Office (non-union) employees have excellent health insurance 100% paid for by employer. When business is good, employer pays a generous year-end bonus.
Cons
Pay raises for office (non-union) employees, barely keep up with the cost of living. Employees are disrespsectful to each other, and management turns a blind eye. Management communication with employees is very poor.
