Absolutely terrible management. Would get angry at employees closing the store to use the bathroom but would roster us for 6+ hours alone. Only care about sales targets. Hours got cut horrendously. Rosters would be slashed massively last minute. Huge favouritism in rostering. Terrible communication, was yelled at by my manager over the phone leading me to quit. Customers would sometimes treat us horribly and they would side with them.

Never in my life have I been more stressed and anxiety ridden than working here. Staff turnover is insane, sales targets are unreachable, would often have to stay back an extra two hours unpaid to clean everything up on top of working 9+ with no break. Resigning was the best thing I could have done for my mental health, which was so bad due to stress I was seeing a psychologist once every three weeks because I couldn’t cope.
