Cons
This job genuinely pushed me to my breaking point. We spent months asking for help, offering real solutions, and trying to make things work — only to be ignored. If an idea doesn’t directly benefit upper leadership, it’s dead on arrival. You’re micromanaged to an exhausting degree — cameras monitor every exit, you’re salaried with zero flexibility, and there’s no real concern for your well-being. You’re not seen as a person, just a body to keep things moving. The favoritism is blatant, and unless you’re connected to someone in leadership, you’re invisible. Others have already said it better than I ever could, but I truly cannot stress this enough: do not work here.
