Amazing company who really cares about their staff & children

CASA really puts the children first, proven by the CEO herself spending Christmas Eve shopping for and delivering groceries and gifts to an under privileged family.
Cons
Despite management encouraging the staff not to overwork, it can be hard not to when you just want to help every child in need.

The CASA volunteers are priceless at assisting children in need.
Cons
The CEO does not respect employee time and constantly shifts priorities. Job titles and responsibilities changed monthly. Very disorganized.

Mission and strength of a national grassroot network. The members are the only thing keeping this organization going.
Cons
Unethical and inappropriate leadership and staff practices creating a toxic working environment that is inefficient and redundant. It really begins with the Board of Directors who are completely unaware of the realities of the organization. This organization went from a disengaged, ineffective CEO to a CEO who is not only ineffective but incompetent to serve in a role this complex. Staff are operating out of fear and most of them have no regard or connection to membership or the mission.
