Cons

Collaboration between divisions is terrible Arrogant management Micromanagement is the underlying problem ...Inefficient processes and no willingness to look to new ways (unless it is upper managements idea). Some managers/directors take credit for others work .

Pros

Under the new ownership group, CFS is investing in meaningful growth. Actually receiving MEANGINGFUL investment in people, processes and tools is a thrill to be around. CEO is a great guy, decisive, and committed to aggressive growth. The next few years will be a lot of work but exciting to be a part of. There hasn’t been a better time to be a part of this team.

Cons

Growing pains that come along with a fast rate of change.
