      Pros

      Great salary and benefits package including major medical, dental, vision and life flexible work from home arrangements available Strong, loyal client base, lots of project work Mentorship given freely by experienced staff Small enough to have good relationships with all levels of management Business is growing quickly based on good reputation, there is plenty of work

      Cons

      When emergencies happen I often have to quickly switch gears and change my plans for the day/week Strict discipline process, expect to be written up when you mess up

      Pros

      Room to grow and advance if willing to work hard. Outstanding clients who are a pure pleasure to work for. Support many non-profit companies who provide invaluable work for the greater Cleveland area.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management to employees, no clear chain of command. Understaffed & lazy employees leaving hard-working employees overworked and overburdened. Overtime is expected and needed to finalize projects yet overtime is seldom reimbursed. In-fighting between management. Lack of clear vision for the future of the company, lack of focus on company standards and fundamentals. The company is continuing to grow so growing pains are to be expected.

      Pros

      Field Tech's explore and learn all of Northeast Ohio, serving many small to medium & for-profit to non-profit companies while maintaining their network, server and application assurance for these individual sites. In the Office the opportunity for experience can range from simple computer & tablet hardware & software troubleshooting to scaling complex network automation & monitoring systems. The opportunities here can be endless depending on how motivated you are learn new applications and such.

      Cons

      Poor Organization Structure, Communication and documentation. However since I started these things have greatly improved and were still being improved upon before I left, but these things were difficult to overcome at the start and it never gave me a reason to give up and blame the management for poor job performance.
