Family run business who show a complete disregard for their staff at ANY level of employment from Managers to Juniors. The ‘boss’ is ‘quietly’ misogynistic, rude and disrespectful to almost everyone. The company pay minimum wage and expect you to be grateful. There are no incentives or benefits. No ‘perks’ to working yet the company. No room for promotion or pay increase despite lengthy service. They are good at promising employees both of these things yet they never materialise due to claims of ‘poor trading’ yet their lavish lifestyle/exoensive cars suggest otherwise. The will extract the best from you for very little return. They prey on foreign or uneducated workers as their lack of knowledge regarding their employment rights is a benefit to them.
