      Homeworking Work life balance. Supportive manager

      Cons

      They have been through a transformation for the last 2+ years which has now been deemed a disaster and working practices are now gradually changing back to how they were pre-transformation. The CQC says it's in crisis so many changes taking place and unhappy staff.
