      You will get to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Zero retention policy, and HR have no clue what salary to offer and they do not know what the market rate is. And in case you are wondering if you can push to get more salary in future-nope. Lastly HR actually support the argument that appraisal is 2% vs inflation is 10%.
