Bad leadership, constantly changing priorities and treating everything with urgency. Managed by fear. CEO is rude, micromanages everything and uses curt language, often dropping the F word. Products are very unreliable, plagued with design issues due to high turnover and lack of continuity. Quick bandaids are used to address field issues.
