      Pros

      Some great staff, if you’re lucky to have a good grade team. Their marketing team is phenomenal at making the school look good.

      Cons

      Everyone is overworked. The senior management doesn’t support you. Everything is for show. You are given tasks but managers that have no meaning or value with little to no notice. Students are admitted to the school who have learning needs that require support, but support isn’t given. Student behaviour is atrocious, with no consequences or punishment. They are also so cheap and will dock your pay at any given chance.

      - no support - no substitutes - no lunch breaks, or prep blocks - low salary - voices of teachers do not feel heard
